Chenglin Rubber & Plastic Group

Founded in 1996, Chenglin Rubber & Plastic Group covers a land area of 20000 square meters and has over 1400 employees, being a member of Guangzhou Rubber Industry Association. The Group is a domestic nongovernmental hi-tech enterprise specialized in manufacturing various rubber and silicone products, having passed the certification of ISO9001:2000 International Quality System as well as ISO14001 Environmental Management System. Since the foundation, the Group has created a perfect manufacturing process from product design, research, mold development, raw material processing, production process to quality inspection, and achieved rapid delivery and stable quality with complete hardware facilities.

     With two wholly-owned subsidiaries that are Shenzhen AOK Rubber Co., Ltd and Huizhou Chenglin Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd, the Group has more than 50 advanced oil presses imported from abroad and two automatic manufacturing lines with a capacity of more than 8 million units a day. The Group is also equipped with domestically advanced CNC mold processing equipment with a daily manufacturing capacity of 4 million O-rings and 1000 Kg extrusion tubes, capable of completing the overall process from mold development to product manufacturing based on information provided by customers. The Group now has more than 4000 sets of molds and it is an ideal auxiliary parts supplier for industries such as home appliances, machinery, toy, automobile and bath appliances.
